- クレジットカードで各カード会社の引き落とし日にお支払いいただきます。お客様の購入申し込みの時点で、クレジットカードの決済枠の確保を行い、在庫を確保した時点（受注生産商品については生産する職人と生産できる旨を確認した時点）で、決済します。口座振込をご希望の方は、ご連絡ください。振込手数料はお客様にご負担いただきます。
The payment shall be settled between you and your card company on the day both parties agree with. We will authorize and hold the amount of your purchase once you purchase the products. We will settle the amount when we secure the stock or when your order of Tailor-made Products is confirmed with the artisan(s). Bank transfer can also be accepted. Please contact us. All bank charges must be paid by you. - 商品の引渡時期 / The time when your order is shipped.

Stocked Products:
We will ship out the products within 7 (seven) business days from the day when the order is confirmed.

- ◆在庫商品
・購入申し込み〜在庫の確保：キャンセル可能です。
・在庫の確保以降：キャンセルできません。
◆受注生産商品
・購入申し込み〜生産できる旨の確認：キャンセル可能です
・生産できる旨の確認以降：原則としてキャンセルできません。（但し、高額商品については、既に手配した原材料、行った作業に対する報酬、諸般のやり取りに要した手数料、販売に係る手数料を差し引いた残額の返金に応じますので、ご相談ください。）
Stocked Products:
You can cancel the order before the product is secured. You cannot cancel the order after the product is secured.
Tailor-made Products:
You can cancel the order before the order is confirmed by the artisan(s). After the confirmation, you cannot cancel the order. However, for the expensive products, we are open to discuss returning part of the total amount after deducting actual expenses (including but not limited to already ordered material, work already done, communication and handling fees.) - 事業者の名称、住所、電話番号 / Company Name, Address and Phone number of the seller

- 商品の返品または交換は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
◆在庫商品
・良品は予め当社にご連絡の上、未使用、かつ、発送時の状態が保たれた状態で当社に商品が返送された場合に限り、返金に応じます。返送時の送料、通関手数料はお客様にご負担いただきます。返金にあたり商品代金の10%の払戻手数料を申し受けます。
・不良品は瑕疵の修正、良品との交換、または、ご返金に応じます。手作りの製品のため、一品一品、色・形状等が異なること、代替の良品が確保できない場合があることをご了承ください。返送・交換時の送料、通関手数料は弊社負担とします。
◆受注生産商品
・ご返品には応じかねます。
・不良品は瑕疵を修正いたします。
※商品ページに別途返品のルールを記載する場合はこの限りではありません。
Please contact us within 7(seven) days from the arrival of the product if you would like to return or exchange the product.
Stocked Products:
We will refund 90% of the amount if you return the product unused and kept in the same condition as when it is shipped.
All fees for delivery and customs clearance must be paid by the customer.
In case the product has defect, we will fix the defect, replace the product with a new one or refund the total amount.
Please note, as the products are all hand-made, each product may slightly differ in its shape or color.

Tailor-made Products:
Customer cannot return or exchange the product. If the product has defect, we will fix the defect. If any other condition is stated on the product page, only the condition on the product page is valid. - 商品の販売数量の制限等、特別な販売条件（役務提供条件）があるときには、その内容 / Limitation on the number of selling products and special condition of sales.
- 数量限定や期間限定の商品については商品ぺ―ジに記載いたします．
